1. Digital products

The Digital Route provides digital products, resources and associated digital access. The exact contents of your purchase are those described on the product page at the time you place your order.

All products are delivered digitally. No physical product will be shipped.

2. Payment and access

Payment is due at checkout. Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive access to the digital content included with your purchase.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Because our products contain digital content that can be accessed immediately, your cancellation rights may be affected once digital delivery begins.

Where required by law, we will ask you to expressly consent to receiving the digital content immediately and acknowledge that this may result in the loss of your right to cancel once supply begins.

This does not affect any statutory rights you may have if digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.

4. Usage rights

Your purchase is subject to the usage rights and licences supplied with the relevant product.

Where Private Label Rights are included, you may only modify, rebrand, resell or distribute the permitted material in accordance with the Usage Rights & Licence supplied with your purchase.

Unless expressly permitted by that licence, purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of The Digital Route’s intellectual property to you.

5. The Digital Route content

The Digital Route name, logo, branding, website, Route HQ, community and other proprietary materials remain protected unless we expressly state otherwise.

You may not copy, distribute, resell or commercially exploit these materials except where your applicable licence specifically allows it.

6. Results

Purchasing our products does not guarantee any particular level of income, sales or business results.

Results vary between individuals and depend on factors including the product, niche, strategy, effort, consistency and market conditions. Any results shown by The Digital Route should not be taken as a guarantee of future results.

7. General

We may update these terms when necessary. The terms applicable to your purchase are those in effect when your order is placed.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
